Membership Application

Membership Dues are $200.00 for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2010. Dues are not prorated; however, a member joining any time in the fiscal year will receive 12 months benefit of membership. A business may purchase more than one membership. Additional memberships are $150.00 each.

If you are a company that provides wedding related services on Maui, please fill out this form to join the Maui Wedding Association, a non-profit corporation. Your application and payment of dues is dependent on approval by the Board of Directors. Not all type of companies are accepted. You must fill out this application and process payment by credit card with PayPal, our secure payment processing center. If your membership is denied, your payment will be promptly refunded.
